This course is offered
in partnership with Tennessee Tech University, Upper
Cumberland Human Resource Agency, and Lakeside
Resort & Educational Complex.
Student housing is available
at Lakeside Resort in a picturesque setting located on
the grounds.
Graduates of our program receive assistance with job placement in positions
that lead to career opportunities in the resort and culinary management
field.
