The
Professional Resort and Quantity Food Management
Course is an 18 week program of
study all in the hands on environment of
Lakeside Resort & Educational Complex.
Program
focus:
- Intense and abbreviated
resort management
- Basic technical cooking
skills
- Development of proper work
habits, attitudes, and professional practices
- Practice of safety and sanitation
procedures
- Planning, preparation, management
catering, customer service, lodging and front office
management
Students
must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
No entrance exam is required. Upon
completion, students will receive 18 continuing education units from Tennessee Tech University , a certificate of completion,
and assistance with job placement in positions
that lead to career opportunities in the resort
and culinary field.
